SOMA
Zen Shiatsu Massage Therapy
Alison Grace is a ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist, classical Japanese Shiatsu massage practitioner, herbalist and permaculturalist educator.

Since 2015, Alison has been working with people on a community level offering Shiatsu, Herbal Wellness workshops, Gardening for Health services, Permaculture Education and Mindful Movement dance therapies.

Alison's practice in traditional therapies comes from a lineage of earth based traditions, reconnecting to the source of all medicine - SOMA - the body of the human and the earth. Reconnecting with traditional therapies allowed Alison to rediscover the empowering nature of traditional therapies - bodywork, herbal medicine and nutrition. Learning traditional therapies and receiving the guidance of teachers in this field was important step in healing through phases of chronic illness, adrenal fatigue and nervous system burnout for Alison. Healing through this allowed Alison the insight and deep will to be in service to people in need of accessing this healing.

With these experiences and through the deep study and practice of traditional therapies, Alison is now following the invitation to offer the gift of healing through traditional therapies to others, reconnecting people to their own Soma healing journey with gentle encouragement, body work and sharing herbal and healing knowledge.

Alisons hand made herbal remedies are organic, locally grown and ethically wild harvested botanicals personally hand crafted by Alison in small batches, making unique and high quality products.
